The Yemeni Business Club (YBC) held its General Assembly meeting and elected new board of directors for it.
Activities ended
Thursday morning, November 17, 2022, the Yemeni Business Club held its General Assembly meeting in the presence of its members and with the active participation of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. The meeting discussed the financial and technical reports for the years 2014, 2021 and the report of the Oversight and Inspection Committee for the same period. The previous Board of Directors was discharged from liability. Then, YBC members did the new elections for the Board of Directors in its new run and for the Oversight and Inspection Committee, which resulted the following:
1- Mohammad Abdullah Al-Ansi, Chairman
2- Nabil Ali Al-Hadhaa, Secretary General
3- Mohammad Ismail Hamanh, Assistant Secretary-General
4- Radwan Abdel-Haq Saeed, financially responsible
5- Ramzi Shayef Al-Areqi, Member.
6- Tareq Abdul Wasea Hayel, Member.
7- Jamal Omar Mohammad, Member.
8- Radhya Abdul Rahman Al-Shour, Member.
9- Saeed Hassan Bamashmoos, Member.
10- Sameer Abdullah Al-Hadrami, Member.
11- Anas Abdul Hameed Al-Azazi, Member.
The Inspection Oversight Committee was also elected from the following:
1- Sami Abdullah Sabeha, Chairman.
2- Ghamdan Ahmed Al-Ansi, Deputy.
3- Ahmed Abdul Jaleel Radman, Member.
The meeting also approved the advisory board regulations submitted by the board of directors to the general assembly. The advisory board will contain form the chairman and the Secretary General for each run since 2002 to support preserving the success and link between the different boards. The current advisory board contains the following:
1- Ahmed Abubaker Bazarah.
2- Fathi Abdulawase Hayel.
3- Yousef Abdo Alkurimi.
4- Adel Ali Alhadha.
The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs for the Development Sector, Mr. Ali Al-Razami, specialists in the Ministry, representatives of the external financial audit offices, and a group of friends of the club.
