General  Assembly is the highest authority at YBC that consists of 160 members by the end of the year 2014. They meet once a year and hold the election cycle once every three years since all the members have the right  to vote.

Moreover, the members of the General Assembly represent the elite of businessmen and businesswomen in Yemen.
