A delegation from IESC Visits YBC
Activities ended
A delegation from the International Executive Service Corps (IESC) and its representative in Yemen JWBD visited the Yemeni Businessmen Club on Wednesday 27/6/2012. IESC is a non-profit economic development Organization based in Washington DC which focuses on private sector growth. The organization supports and catalyzes the development of private enterprises, business support organizations, financial institutions, and public institutions.
The Vice President of IESC Charles Conconi gave an overview of the organization, its objectives and scope of work. IESC’s partnership with other organizations in Yemen started in 1976. Internationally, it has completed over 25,000 individual technical assistance and training projects in more than 120 countries creating 1 million jobs.
At the end of the meeting attendees inquiries about the organization services were answered. The meeting was attended by YBC Chairman Fathi Abdulwasea, the Secretary General Yousef Alkuraimi in addition to other YBC members.
