Businessmen Club hosted on Sunday, 23/9/2012 Mr. Abdulkadir Ali Hilal Cabinet member, Secretary of the Capital. At the beginning of the meeting, the president of the club welcomed the guest and the club members, the attendees introduced themselves briefly then the president of the club gave a brief presentation about the activities and the events of the club.

For his part, the Secretary of the Capital spoke in the meeting about his previous experience in local councils and focused in his speech on the capital Sana’a which embraces vibrant movement and positive competition as he stated referring to many challenges facing the capital and the most prominent is the great imbalance in the infrastructure in addition to the chronic problems in water, electricity, health and education, and others.

The Secretary of the Capital said that now he focuses on the actions more than words and he is looking for useful practical ideas that would solve a lot of the problems with a focus on saving time and cost in those ideas which he aspires that the private sector would get involved efficiently.

The Secretary of the Capital noted in his speech to many positive initiatives in which the people  of the Secretariat of the capital participated in including doctors, engineers, technicians and other such groups, which contributed a lot to ease the effects of the political crisis, which represented the wisdom and civilian of  many residents of Sana'a.

The meeting witnessed multi discussions between the members of the club and the Secretary of the Capital on a range of issues related to cleanliness, traffic and land, investment and involving the private sector in solving problems afflicting the capital and other issues wishing from the private sector to contribute seriously in activating its role in these issues and submit their positive proposals.
