The Chairman of YBC, Fathi Abdulwasea, welcomed a delegation from the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector on Wednesday October 10, 2012. Facets of cooperation between the two sides were viewed. The ICD delegation talked briefly about the projects of the organization and the main areas in which the Islamic Bank for Development are involved in Yemen, as well as the possibility for proposing and supporting future projects in Yemen.
It’s worth noting that Islamic Corporation for Development has pledged $ 100 million to Yemen, at the Donor’s Conference in Riyadh, for improving the infrastructure and other developmental projects.
The delegation- Bakar Ali Mo’shar , the program manager of the specific economic regions and Mohammed Maher Al-Na’eli, the program manger of the Islamic Financial Institutions- promised to meet the Yemeni Businessmen Club again to according to YBC’s Chairman request in order to meet with more YBC members.
