Held by the Yemeni Business Club - Aden The Fourth conference of family businesses Saturday 27th 2014 The participants of the fourth family businesses conference affirmed the importance of the resumption of the leading role and economical status for Aden city the economical capital of the Republic of Yemen by declaring aden as a free zone with special legislation and the participants recommended the government to return the nationalised property to the private sector in the city of Aden to strengthen the trust between the government and the private sector and encourage safe investment contributing in creating jobs and strengthening the developmental Yemeni work. They emphaized the quickness of founding the economic council from the private sector not by less than 50% and the government to strengthen the real and effective partnership between the private sector of family businesses to contribute in strengthening the community development process....Urging the government to coordinate with the private sector to issue a law on family and contributing companies, as a result of its leading role in development and in order to ensure continuity and growth. As the participants affirmed on the importance of motivating the family businesses to take more care of the institutional work, teaching and qualifying next generations so they can manage the family businesses and the value and ethical system of the family businesses since childhood for all the family members and promote family cohesion and mutual understanding and directing the process of making future decisions in the family businesses to improve its performance. They also asked for encouragement of the family businesses founders to work in order to prepare the future generations and avoiding sowing conflicts and differences during their lifes and work on enabling their children on taking responsibilities in their presence. They asked for taking advantages from success stories and challenges that faced the Yemeni family businesses in order to strengthen their strong points and face challenges by preparing clear constitutions and transparent for all the family members throughout generations in order to be a reference for all in developing the work and resolving disputes. This was announced during the conference about establishing Aden foundation for human development with the support of the private sector in Aden and in the same context the Head of Yemeni Business Club Fathi Abdulwasie Hael asked the government to start a real partnership with the private sector that contributes in economical development for Aden and Yemen as a whole..... making sure on the importance of convening this conference in Aden because of its historical and economic role. Khaled Bahah the Prime Minister, that tomorrow will be better despite the challenges facing the country.....He announced in his speech on the declaration of the establishment of Aden Foundation for Human Development and it is the experience of Hadrmout which achieved successes on the economic, scientific and human level.... and Bazarah proposed the Yemeni Business Club to adopt this advertisement and configure for this institution while the Sheikh/ Abdullah Bukshan initiated to provide assistance for the success of the idea in terms of the success that institution has achieved in Hadrmout. The Prime Minister affirmed on the importance of working in order to restore the cultural and economical role of Aden. He also said; "it's time for everyone in the government, private sector and civil society institutions to work upon a common vision, In order to restore the role and prestige of the cultural city of Aden and it's vital function in the context of the career and global economy ". The Prime Minister pointed that convening the fourth conference of family businesses is in Aden..... proving that everyone is aware about the importance of Aden as the economic city, and a repository of diversity in the context of a united identity, the first school in national struggles, and it's source and warehouse.
