The Yemeni Institute of Directors implemented one of the entities of the Yemeni Business Club on Tuesday and Wednesday 4-5 February 2020 in cooperation with the International Finance Corporation IFC, the second part of the board member program approved in its seventh edition for the members of the board of directors of the Yemeni Islamic Insurance Company and Yemen Mobile And representatives of a group of Yemeni companies and banks, during which this part discussed the role of the board of directors in managing the company's strategy and the interaction between the board of directors and the management of the company and many of the topics that were discussed in the aspect of planning and succession of authority and reviewed some of the success stories in the field of governance.
