The Yemeni Institute of Directors (YIoD), one of the Yemeni Business Club entities in cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), concluded on Wednesday, December 18th, the first part of seventh run of BDS program for the Yemeni Islamic Insurance Company (YIIC) whom they are representatives of a group of Yemeni companies and banks. This part gave the general entrance to governance Companies, forms and composition of boards of directors and its committees, methods of evaluation of the board and the most important roles and tasks in addition to the internal and external frameworks of governance. The program discussed for the first time a part of the program of Women on Boards of Directors and business leadership.
